Welcome to Alpha Fusion Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website alphafusion.shop and our services including Web Design & Development, App Design & Development, and Education Services. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.
Alpha Fusion Ltd provides services in web design and development, app design and development, and education support. The scope of work will be agreed upon with the client before a project begins.
All payments must be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the proposal or invoice. We also offer a credit system to offset certain service costs. Credits cannot be applied to third-party expenses (such as ad spend, hosting, or external tools). Marketing campaigns will require a separate cash budget for advertising expenses.
Refunds are provided only as outlined in our agreements. Custom work may incur cancellation fees depending on the project stage. Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables (websites, apps, designs, or other project assets) will be transferred to the client. Alpha Fusion Ltd retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. All client information and project details will be kept confidential. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) if requested.
Alpha Fusion Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. By using our services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of UK courts.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
